When you submit a quote request we process the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, selected service and your project description.
When you visit the website we process technical information for statistics: page views, approximate source (e.g. a search engine), device type, browser information and an anonymous visitor identifier (cookie).
Purpose and legal basis
Quote requests are processed to answer your enquiry and provide a quote. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in being able to respond to you.
Web statistics are processed to understand and improve the website. The legal basis is your consent, given via the cookie banner. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

We use our own first-party cookie (k2_sid) to count unique visits in our own statistics. It is only set after you accept cookies and contains no sensitive data.
