What does a quote cost?
Nothing. We visit the site, go through what you want done and provide a written quote free of charge and without obligation.
Which areas do you work in?
We work throughout Skåne, with a focus on Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg, Landskrona, Kristianstad, Trelleborg, Ystad, Eslöv, Höganäs and Svedala.
Do I get a fixed price or hourly billing?
We quote a fixed price whenever the scope can be established in advance. For work where something stays hidden until we open up — an old foundation or frame, for instance — we either state clear reservations or work on an hourly basis with a cap. You always know which applies before we start.
Does the ROT deduction apply to your services?
The ROT deduction applies to the labour cost of renovation and rebuilding in a home you own and live in, not to materials. The rules and limits change from time to time — check the current terms with Skatteverket. We apply the deduction directly on the invoice when the conditions are met.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and the size of the project. Smaller jobs can often start within a few weeks, while larger projects are planned further ahead. For urgent damage, such as a leaking roof, we prioritise a site visit.
Are you insured and registered for F-tax?
Yes. We hold business insurance and approved F-tax registration, and you always receive a written contract covering scope, price and schedule before work begins.
